Students who are struggling with specific grade-level gaps (e.g., fractions, multiplication facts, main idea, paragraph writing) or who lack academic confidence.

Targeted 1:1 virtual instruction using interactive whiteboards, visual fraction models, graphic organizers, and more.
Skill tracking and parent recaps — a shared Google Drive folder with weekly notes and monthly progress reports.
Choose Math Focus, Reading & Writing Focus, or Blended Focus (30 minutes of each or alternating weeks).

Session A — Skill remediation & growth: working on specific math concepts, reading passages, or writing outlines.
Session B — Homework support & upcoming test prep: reviewing school study guides, checking class assignments, and building test-taking stamina.
Test strategy coaching: process of elimination, finding text evidence, decoding multi-step problems, and more.
Direct teacher-parent alignment: reviewing school report cards to align tutoring with your child's classroom expectations.

Pairs of students at similar grade levels working on identical skills (e.g., two 4th graders mastering multiplication facts or multi-step word problems).

Collaborative skill building through paired games, interactive whiteboard challenges, and guided partner discussions.
Targeted focus areas: math problem-solving, reading discussion groups, and peer-editing writing workshops.
Students in grades 3–5 thrive working alongside a peer, making learning feel social rather than repetitive.

This package becomes available as more students enroll and learners with the same need can be paired.

Families who want a clear starting point before committing to a monthly package.

What it includes

60-minute interactive assessment, 1:1 via Zoom (Math, Reading Fluency/Comprehension, or Writing).
Comprehensive learning profile: a 1–2 page breakdown of grade-level mastery, identified skill gaps, and target areas for growth.
15-minute parent strategy call: a debrief walking you through the results and actionable next steps.

Sign up for a monthly tutoring package within 7 days of receiving the assessment report and the $95 diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward your first month's tuition.

Report Card & Assessment Decoding Session

$50

A parent-focused session to make sense of report cards and test scores.

Best for

Parents who want to understand what the data actually means before deciding what to do next.

What it includes

Pre-call review: email a photo or PDF of the report card or test scores ahead of time.
30-minute Zoom session: a walkthrough of what the data means, strengths and red flags, plus time for your questions.
Takeaway sheet: a 1-page summary with 3 custom questions for your child's teacher and at-home action steps.

Policies & Billing

The fine print, made simple.

Cancellation Policy

A little notice keeps every student's spot protected.

24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice receive a makeup credit to be used within 30 days.
Late cancellations & no-shows: Cancellations made under 24 hours or missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and forfeit the session fee. A session is considered a no-show after 15 minutes of no contact. If a student logs on late but before the 15-minute mark, the session still ends at its regularly scheduled time.
Tutor cancellations: If I must cancel due to illness or emergency, we'll schedule a makeup session or apply a full credit to the next month's invoice.

Monthly Learning Retainer

How billing, renewal, and scheduling work month to month.

Billing date: Invoices are sent on the 25th of each month and due by the 1st.
5-week months: Months with five sessions can be used as a buffer/off week for holidays, or billed as a 5-session month.
Auto-renewal: Your spot automatically rolls over to the next month unless a parent gives notice by the 20th of the current month.

Sessions are set around your family's week.

Finding a time: Share your preferred days and times in your inquiry and we'll agree on a regular weekly slot.
Where: All sessions are online, so families anywhere in the U.S. are welcome. Times are scheduled in Pacific time.
